The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
  • Products without the original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  4. Inspection:
    • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Refund Method:
    • Payments made via bank transfer or Virtual Account will be refunded to your bank account.
    • Payments made via credit card will be refunded to your credit card limit.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Any price differences will need to be settled before the exchange is processed.

6. Important Notes

  • Return or exchange requests made after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
